To keep things structured and efficient, I work in concepts. Think of each concept as its own container or folder. For example, an interactive hero animation on your website would be one concept. A series of graph or data visualisations would be another. This approach keeps production focused, avoids overlap, and makes it easier to scale assets without things becoming messy or disjointed.
Every concept starts with a clear objective. Once that’s defined and the core piece is doing its job, I expand it into additional use cases. That might mean adapting it for social, breaking it into smaller loops, or repurposing it for presentations and campaigns. The goal is to maximise the value of the work, extend its lifespan, and ensure you’re not just creating something that works today, but something that continues to deliver over time.
